How TPEP Coated Steel Pipes Support Reliable Municipal Water and Industrial Pipeline Projects

Our company has established long-term strategic cooperation with a leading domestic anti-corrosion plastic-coated pipe manufacturer. Relying on mutual automated production lines, core anti-corrosion technology and complete supply chain resources, we realize complementary production capacity and joint technical innovation, focusing on large-diameter and high-standard TPEP coated steel pipe orders for national municipal water conservancy and urban-rural water supply projects. We supplied DN2600 super-large-diameter TPEP internal and external coated steel pipes for a key county water supply renovation project in Hebei. The whole process including pipe forming, food-grade epoxy internal coating and 3PE heavy external anti-corrosion treatment is independently completed in-house without outsourcing. All products comply with drinking water transmission standards and resist saline-alkali soil corrosion, equipped with complete inspection and acceptance documents. We undertook the key old pipe network upgrading project in North China, supplying DN1200–DN2000 TPEP internal and external plastic-coated steel pipes for urban domestic water supply trunk pipelines. In view of high engineering standards and strict acceptance requirements, we adopt integrated plastic coating technology. The food-grade epoxy inner coating is non-toxic and pollution-free, meeting drinking water safety standards; the outer 3PE layer resists soil acid, alkali and moisture aging to extend pipe service life. Core performances such as coating thickness, adhesion, water pressure resistance and anti-corrosion performance are strictly controlled, with authoritative third-party test reports provided for each batch. We arrange production and full-truck direct delivery according to the construction schedule to shorten the supply cycle. The project was completed on time and the pipe network has been operating stably since commissioning.

We supplied large-diameter TPEP plastic-coated steel pipes for the reclaimed water and industrial sewage transmission pipe network project in central Hebei Industrial Park.
