Jiachi Food-Grade Epoxy Powder Supports County Drinking Water Pipeline Renovation in Hebei

In July 2026, Hebei Jiachi Rubber & Plastic delivered 260 tons of food-grade FBE epoxy powder to urban-rural water supply projects in Cangzhou, Hengshui and Xingtai for internal anti-corrosion coating of DN300-DN1400 coated steel pipes. Complying with national drinking water standard GB/T 17219, the powder releases no heavy metals, forms smooth antibacterial coating and extends pipeline service life to over 50 years.

Jiachi engineers provided on-site technical guidance for spraying and welding joint repair to reduce material waste. In the first half of 2026, our powder has been applied to 12 rural water supply projects in Hebei, Shanxi and Shandong, with local livelihood project orders rising 51% year-on-year. We keep optimizing powder formulas for low-temperature and saline-alkali soil in northern China, supplying integrated materials and technical services for rural water projects nationwide.
