Project Background Launched in 2026, this urban livelihood renovation project targets aging water-supply trunk pipelines in Tianjin’s downtown area. Long-time service has caused aging damage, water seepage and rust on original pipelines, threatening urban water-supply safety. Adopting trenchless rehabilitation technology, the project renovates buried pipelines of DN300-DN800. It realizes pipe-network upgrading without large-scale road excavation to guarantee stable residential water supply.
Customer Pain Points Traditional open-cut construction brings road closure, traffic jam and noise pollution, disturbing citizens’ daily life seriously. Old pipes feature uneven wall thickness and rough inner walls, leading to low water delivery efficiency and secondary water pollution. The renovation requires high-standard drinking-water-contact anti-corrosion materials with strong adhesion and wear resistance for complex underground urban conditions, as well as short construction cycles without massive demolition.
Our Solution We supplied drinking-water-grade high-adhesion FBE epoxy powder specially developed for trenchless urban pipe rehabilitation. It delivers excellent leveling performance and compact coating structure to cover defects on old pipe walls. Fully compliant with GB/T17219 drinking-water safety standard, it produces no peculiar smell or substance precipitation. Custom low-temperature curing parameters are provided for rapid urban construction. We support on-demand batch delivery and supply full set of inspection documents for project acceptance.
Project Results A total of 22 tons of eco-friendly anti-corrosion epoxy powder was delivered. All rehabilitated pipelines passed spark leakage test and water-quality sampling inspection. Smooth inner pipe walls greatly improve water-transport efficiency. No leakage or re-rusting has occurred after commissioning. The project achieves low-disturbance urban pipe-network renewal and gains high recognition from the contractor.
