Recently, Hebei Jiachi Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has upgraded its epoxy powder coating formulations, launching special powder grades for municipal drinking-water transmission, high-salt-alkali underground conditions and heavy-duty industrial anti-corrosion applications. This series of fusion-bonded epoxy powder is designed for internal and external anti-corrosion of steel pipes. It delivers dense, stable coating performance with excellent cathodic disbondment resistance and chemical resistance. Custom RAL color codes are available. Uniform particle size ensures good flow-out during spraying and minimizes pinhole defects. Strict full-process quality inspection is implemented from raw material incoming to finished goods delivery.
